Big Waves facilitated a fantastic training on supportive and respectful communication for my staff. Multiple members of my team and the clients we work with identify at LGBTQ2SI, so it was crucial for us to seek support around challenging conversations from workplace consultants whose philosophy is Queer and Trans positive and rooted in an understanding of intersectional identities.
