Facilitation.

Gather and learn.

Group process design and facilitation, including conflict mediation. With a deep understanding of group dynamics and a wide range of tools to guide groups where they want to go.

A group process or facilitated meeting can help to improve relationships in a team or workplace. Gather and learn from the wisdom and experience of everyone working on or impacted by a particular issue or initiative. Develop the skills to collaborate across differences and expand your capacity to have greater impact than you can on your own.

Facilitation

Big Waves uses a wide range of creative and collaborative facilitation and experiential learning methods such as the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy, Liberating Structures, and Social Presencing Theater as well as embodiment and arts-based engagement practices, to encourage participation and ensure that all perspectives are surfaced. Brook has over twenty years’ experience facilitating groups from small teams to large multi-party processes with hundreds of people involved.
