Big Waves’ Whisper to Chorus work with organizations is about
- mapping how input is working currently,
- looking at alternatives that could be added,
- learning how to choose an approach to input (planned in advance, or in the moment),
- practicing these approaches, and
- building a plan together to bring the learning back into the work.
And input – receiving it, offering it, and seeking to receive or offer it – is happening for all of us all the time. Taking the time to reflect together on this everyday-yet-crucial dynamic in our work is a rich practice that we hope you can join.
