Join a hosted conversation in which we’ll share our approach, and explore participants’ approaches, insights and experiences as well, learning from and with each other.

Big Waves’ Whisper to Chorus work with organizations is about

  • looking at alternatives that could be added,
  • learning how to choose an approach to input (planned in advance, or in the moment),
  • practicing these approaches, and
  • building a plan together to bring the learning back into the work.
