Engaging in Dialogue for Inclusion
St. Clement’s School is excited to be hosting our fifth EDI Conference for colleague schools on Saturday, November 16, 2024!
This year’s conference will explore how we can Engage in Dialogue for Inclusion in a meaningful way, without shying away from the inevitable conflicts that go along with our schools’ EDI work.
As school communities made up of many diverse members, how can we Engage in Dialogue for Inclusion in a meaningful way, without shying away from the inevitable conflicts that go along with this work?
We must step into conflict, not away from it – but how do we do that productively?
Join us for a day full of opportunities to learn productive ways to embrace different ideas and beliefs without associating a feeling of ‘loss’ in doing do, navigate conflict, spark new practices, and apply it all to our ongoing EDI work.
With a Keynote and Masterclass delivered by Brook Thorndycraft, Q.Med, SEP, the day will explore the challenges that come along with navigating conflict, and best practices to go about persevering through conflict in a way that furthers our schools’ EDI work.
Please save the date, and watch out for more information coming very soon, including the registration link!
