How do you see input shaping the work?\nThe way that input has happened traditionally is not often what’s needed in today’s organizational realities.\nToday’s organizational contexts – uncertainty, constant change, social upheaval, to name only a few – call for a broader toolkit. Your impact is going to be greater if you can build some versatility in how you collaborate and how input contributes to decisions.\nJoin a hosted conversation in which we’ll share our approach, and explore participants’ approaches, insights and experiences as well, learning from and with each other.\nBig Waves’ Whisper to Chorus work with organizations is about\n\nmapping how input is working currently,\nlooking at alternatives that could be added,\nlearning how to choose an approach to input (planned in advance, or in the moment),\npracticing these approaches, and\nbuilding a plan together to bring the learning back into the work.\n\nAnd input – receiving it, offering it, and seeking to receive or offer it – is happening for all of us all the time. Taking the time to reflect together on this everyday-yet-crucial dynamic in our work is a rich practice that we hope you can join.
